Navodaya is a registered NGO (Reg. No. 10/2019–2020) working to promote social service, arts & culture, sports, education, health, skill development, and community empowerment across Jharkhand. Since 2013, Navodaya has been actively involved in grassroots initiatives, and after its registration in 2019, the organisation expanded its outreach with the support of 650+ members.
Every year, Navodaya organizes various community programs and awareness activities to support youth development, preserve culture, and uplift families through education and social welfare. Through its wings—Navodaya Sewa Kendra and Navodaya Dharohar—the NGO aims to strengthen social values, protect cultural identity, and create inclusive opportunities for people from all backgrounds.
Our mission is to spread service, unity, and empowerment and create pathways for individuals to grow with dignity, confidence, and purpose. Through our initiatives, we aim to build an educated, healthy, and culturally enriched society where every person gets the opportunity to fulfil their dreams.

Health Initiatives: Health awareness camps, medical assistance, sanitation drives, and wellness programs for underserved communities.
Arts & Cultural Development: Activities to preserve local traditions, promote cultural identity, and encourage participation in art, music, and heritage programs.
Youth Empowerment: Leadership activities, capacity-building workshops, and opportunities that inspire young people to lead with responsibility.
Vocational Training: Practical training programs to help individuals gain employable skills and become self-reliant.
